What a technicial does ?

A tecnician is responsible to serve Transtel Hellas client and to be able to resolve all his technical issues :

• To listen client’s needs

• To diagnosis correctly the problem

• To help customer to make the best choice on every purchase

• To install / programming / extend our other telecom duties
• To after sales service

Certified technician, means:

• Ensuring a high level of support to our end customers
• Providing incentives for collaborators to the partner’s network
• Creating an objective evaluation system within company’s partnership

Technical work in the field of telecommunications most often requires special knowledge. Professionalism, specialization and high level training are necessary criteria for integration into the family of our technicians

Who may work in Transtel Hellas techn network?

1. Young people, recent graduates of telecommunications college or universities.
Ideally without previous working experience in telecoms service field

2. Telecommunication technicians with some experience, but who are willing to align their mindset with Transtel Hellas philosophy and special culture.

3. People who are already working in telecommunications and want to work part-time at Transtel Hellas or people who are currently working in completely different industries and want to make a job change.

All categories include the concept of volunteering and a willingness to be trained
